In light of our promotion of citizens education pursuit, aligned with our Strategic Development Framework. GSP Forum made necessary enquiries towards contributing its quota in reducing out of school children in Nasarawa state, and consequently Nigeria as a whole. With that in mind, a scheme tagged – “Enrol a Child Program”- was conceived and actualized.

The basis of the program is to help enrol children from financially disadvantaged homes/communities into primary school via a 1-year scholarship program. Intent here is to kick start their educational journey, and hopefully, from there, they progress to higher classes and into secondary school. Each child was awarded a 1-year scholarship program, with termly updates to be shared with GSP Forum on their progress.

The program successfully kicked off on 1st September 2023 before resumption of the new school session.
